This is a typical dessert in the restaurant. This is a delicious way to remove the warm weather and fill the belly in a refreshing way. When I go out with someone and stay in a restaurant we usually ask for this cake. I think that you will know something about it, now with this recipe you will be able to do by yourselves. Enjoy it :)
Ingredients:
350 g mascarpone cheese
20 sponge fingers
4 large eggs
75 g sugar
100 g of milk chocolate
8 tablespoons marsala wine
a medium cup of strong coffee
Nutmeg
Preparation:
Step 1: Find a container of some depth, the surface is similar to that occupied half thelady fingers extended, which will serve the tiramisu, preferably glass so you can see the layers. Place half the lady fingers on bottom and the other half on a plate, also extended.
Step 2: In a bowl, dissolve half the sugar in your coffee hot and add the wine. Pour half the liquid over a half of the lady fingers and half on the other lady fingers, trying to soakall. Set aside.
Step 3: Beat the yolks thoroughly with a pinch of nutmeg and remaining sugar and addthe mascarpone cheese. Mix until creamy smooth.
Step 4: Beat the egg whites until stiff and mix with the cream carefully to avoid the drop.
Step 5: Spread half the cream into the source of lady fingers. Carefully place thereserved lady fingers to form a second layer and pour the remaining cream. Refrigeratea few hours.
Step 6: Remove from the fridge and grate the chocolate over the surface before serving.
Variants/ Secrets / Tricks:
You can also use another type of sweet wine such as sherry, port or muscat. (290)
