Biscuits and chocolate cake!

The other day was my birthday and I was very excited abou make this cake because when I was a child and celebrated with my friends my birthday, my lovely aunt make this cake for me. Now I made this for all my family and they like it a lot, even the little children like it. Now it's your time to prepare it.


-400 g chocolate
-250 gr butter
-5 eggs
-300 gr sugar
-2 strips and biscuits mean square (this may vary depending on the mold)
-1 cup milk
-3 tablespoons of instant coffee or coffee maker.

Preparation:

Put the chocolate in a water bath to get rid. I've put a pan of water in another saucepan with the chocolate. Can also be done by putting very hot water in a bowl and put the chocolate inside. Then without moving the chocolate, water is removed and surprise, the chocolate is melted.

Separate the whites from the y
olks. Meanwhile, the chocolate has started to melt. To the yolks we add the diced butter and rather squishy...The chocolate is already melted.


Beat the yolks with a whisk butter or machine to assemble and then add the chocolate.Eye that is not too hot. It must be a smooth cream. The residual heat melt chocolate over the butter.

Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pizquilla of salt and vinegar and when they are mounted you add the sugar to a meringue disk. We know they are mounted when to turn down the bowl will not fall.Add to chocolate meringue mixture to the yolks and butter and beat with mixer.


Line a pan with paper or paper Albal film (I prefer the film). So stripped better cake. We have to let on film and then cover the pie and not dry in the fridge.

Make a cup of coffee (with milk and instant coffee or coffee maker, which we like more).I would not put sugar, which has already been quite the rest.

We dip the cookies completely, but leave them in for not too soft ... And we put a layer on the film's mode, to cover the bottom. Then cover the mixture with previous. And again, the layer of cookies in milk wetback.

So to finish filling the mold. We must be careful to leave some mix then cover the cake.The last layer should be cookies. In my case, I put 5 layers of biscuit (not bad eh? Lol).Cover with the film unused.

We turn the cake on the center of the plate and demold. We see how easy it has been because of the role film .We removed the film and prepare to cover with the mixture we had booked before. We cover everywhere We put some cookies in a bag and crush with anything heavy. We put them over the edge of the cake with a spoon or with what we find it more comfortable. Carefully remove the foil and the plate is clean us, so we save a lot of paper.


Now for the decor. Melt some chocolate and generously paint a piece of plastic bubbles (previously well we will wash, eye!)
