Baked rice!

This is going to be my last recipe, I have been very excited writing this blog and I hope to come back again and write morea bou different new foods. You can always make your own recipes practising with differents types of food and making at yours preferences. Well, talking about the recipe... this meal was the first that I made in my apartment in Castellón, I must say that in my house I can do it very well because I have the pressure cooker and its easier and faster. My grandma show me this recipe, and now I'm going to tell you how you can do it. You can put more or differents ingredients if you like, but try to make it. This is my favourite food in spring because I went with family or friends to the mountain and we eat the rice there. It's very fun and it’s a different way to eat! :)

Ingredients:


- Rice
- Oil
- 200 grams of beef tacos
- 200 grams of pork ribs
- 150 grams of soaked chickpeas
- 1 white strip of pancetta
- 1 tomato
- 1 head garlic
- 1 onion sausage
- Saffron
- Salt

Preparation:

First of all if you have a pressure cooker will be better. Put enough water in the pressure cooker and then add oil, beef, ribs, pancetta, chickpeas, saffron and salt. (If you have the pressure cooker waiting until the water boils and add the chickpeas)

In a medium saucepan put enough oil to heat. When the oil is hot, add the halved tomatoes, the onion sausage and the garlic head. Paddle until they are golden and remove it from fire. In a casserole put a ladle of rice per person, once we put the rice, add the oil with garlic, sausage and tomatoes and stir well.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

After 1 hour of cooking the pot is already done, we remove it from heat and put all the ingredients in the casserole with the rice. Once we have everytinh, put 2 ladles of broth for each ladle of rice.

Take the casserole and put it in the oven that is already hot, leave it for 45 minutes. After this time we have baked rice ready to eat!

Tip: If you like the potato, you can add potato slices before putting the casserole in the over. Whatever you like. Enjoy it :) (405)



Tinto de verano

And now comes the summer ¿what better than a very fresh drink? Abstain -18 because it has alcohol. LOL. If you've taste the “Sangría” and you like it, this “Tinto de verano” is not left behind. It is a very quick drink to that also contains fruit and cool in the hottest times of summer. Although we have now drink of this type in the shops or bars, but better if you do yourself to your liking. Enjoy it:)


Ingredients
- A pint of red wine
- A pint of soda
- Red Martini
- 1 lemon
- ice

Preparation:
In a jar pints we put the ice you want.
First we take the wine for not doing a lot of flavor (1 / 2 l.), then we take the soda,sprinkle with a dash of Martini Red (amount to taste) and we put a few slices of lemon.

You can put slices of different fruits if you want like orange, apple, etc. (162)

Crêpes!

I learnt how to make Crêpes one afternoon with my boyfriend, he teach me how to make crêpes with chocolate and they were delicious. It’s very easy to make it, and in the process you will laugh loads because you can try to turn them over like the films. I absolutely recommend this picnic. You can also make salty crêpes and serve as appetizers. I hope you enjoy it :)

Ingredients:


-150 g flour
-4 eggs
-1 / 8 liter milk
-butter
-salt for salty crepes (starters)
-sugar for sweet crepes (dessert)

Preparation:

Add the flour in a bowl and add little by little, with the whisk, milk, eggs and salt or sugar.The dough must be smooth but not thick.
We let stand for 20 minutes and then we spread a medium skillet with butter and wait for it to heat on medium. We took a little of the mass and spreads to fill the bottom of the pan.
Once golden layer below the take off the crepe with a spatula and we turn to brown other side.
We repeat the greasing the pan with each pancake.

Gazpacho and Salmorejo

Here you have two meals typical Andalusian summer, I learned more about them in my stay in Seville (city I love) and when cool are two very good drinks for anyone who likes vegetables. Gazpacho is usually more common than the Salmorejo but no more good. I will let you try it and you decide for yourselves. Enjoy it:)

Gazpacho

Ingredients:


-1 Kilo tomatoes
-1 / 2 small onion (60 grams)
-1 small green pepper
-1 cucumber (small)
-1 small cup olive oil
-2 tablespoons vinegar

-200 grams of bread crumbs soaked in water previous day
-cut into small cubes: Tomato, pepper, cucumber, onion, bread the day before.
-Garlic

Preparation:

Step 1: We will put in a mixer or blender tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, cucumber, vinegar, garlic, oil (oil does not bind the mixture) and bread. Liquid should be fine. You can add water if you want to lighten.
Step 2: It is important to serve very cold, so it should be in the fridge well before serving.It is worthwhile, put some ice cubes when ready to serve to cool further.
Step 3: Serve with vegetables cut into small cubes the diner is mixed to your taste.

Russian Salad

Now that the warm weather comes, this recipe is great as food nice and cool. In my house I do like I prefer because I don’t like most of ingredients but my grandmother made ​​for the whole family and go into the belly without thinking. I always stick a binge because I eat very pleasently. I hope you control better than me and enjoy this great food. Enjoy it:)

Russian salad

Ingredients:
-3 potatoes
-2 carrots
-100 grs. green beans
-150 grs. pea
-350 grs. ham

Mayonnaise sauce:

-1 whole egg
-1 / 2 lemon
-1 / 2 liter of extra virgin olive oil
-Salt


Preparation of the mayonnaise sauce:

Step 1: You start to beat the egg in a blender with a dash of olive oil, lemon, salt and apinch of mustard. The ingredients should not cover the blades of the mixer (20 seconds).

Step 2: You stand and add the remaining oil. Put the blender about 3 seconds



Preparation of the Russian Salad:


Step 1: Peel the potatoes and carrots. You have to divide them dice. Wash beans, remove the strands and cut into squares. Remove the peas.
Step 2: Place to heat water to boiling. Then add the vegetables to become vapor. Cover until tender but whole. Remove and let cool. Add the ham, cut into tiny dice.

Tiramisú

This is a typical dessert in the restaurant. This is a delicious way to remove the warm weather and fill the belly in a refreshing way. When I go out with someone and stay in a restaurant we usually ask for this cake. I think that you will know something about it, now with this recipe you will be able to do by yourselves. Ingredients:

350 g mascarpone cheese

20 sponge fingers
4 large eggs
75 g sugar
100 g of milk chocolate
8 tablespoons marsala wine
a medium cup of strong coffee
Nutmeg

Preparation:

Step 1: Find a container of some depth, the surface is similar to that occupied half thelady fingers extended, which will serve the tiramisu, preferably glass so you can see the layers. Place half the lady fingers on bottom and the other half on a plate, also extended.
